sonicLAB

sonicLAB has updated the Cosmosf stochastic synthesiser.

The new version 2.1 replaces the existing Biquad Filters with State Variable Filters, designed for delivering fast response to modulation and rich resonance effects at extreme values.

The available filter types are LoPass, HiPass, Notch, BandPass and Formant.

Other changes are;:

  • Some fonts have been changed on the GUI.
  • Tempo sync feature with the DAW was broken and has been fixed now.
  • Windows users of Cosmosƒ FX can now change the OSC default port address by setting it directly on the preset XML file.

The update is free to registered users. Demo versions are available upon request on sonicLAB website.

Cosmosf Saturn is a VST/AU instrument plugin, it requires a minimum i7 computer with 4GB memory and a 64-bit DAW. Cosmosf Fx, the live audio processing version, is bundled free with Cosmosf Saturn. The bundle price is 169€.
