VB-Audio has announced that its virtual cables are now available on macOS (10.10 to 10.15 64-bit) to let you connect any audio applications together.
The VB-Cable is a simple virtual audio device presenting a single input and a single output. All audio sent to its input is forwarded to its output. Then it's easy to create audio routes between any audio software by connecting player applications to recorder or capture ones, possibly passing through a DAW to process the sound or VOIP applications for recording or any inter-connection between different any audio tools.
VB-Cable works after installation, without any configuration. Just select the input in one application and select the output in other application and the sound will be transmitted from the first one to the other one. VB-Cable for Mac is designed like VB-Cable for PC. It supports 1 to 8 channels in all standard sample rates from 44100 Hz to 192 kHz.

We are happy to finally propose this product for Mac as well, while VB-Cable is already very used on PC as simple virtual audio device. Many people asked for this Mac version since years but it was not so easy to develop since we wanted to make it as a first step for the Voicemeeter porting process, that we would like to realize before end of year 2020...
The VB-Cable virtual audio device is available for free to test and simple donationware on www.vb-cable.com while VB-Cable A+B package is distributed as donationware for download: User may select a price between 5 and 25 EUR/USD to get a personal download link after purchase. For Professional / Educational use, Volume Licensing, Company deployment, Commercial distribution, more information can be found about our different Licensing on this page.
VB-Cable C+D should be released in July 2020.
