Wholegrain Digital Systems LLC will exhibit at the 2019 Summer NAMM Show, to be held at the Music City Center in Nashville TN on July 18-20. The location of Wholegrain's exhibit is Booth 150, in the Software.NAMM section sponsored by IMSTA. This is Wholegrain's third year as an exhibitor at a NAMM show. Wholegrain intends to occupy the booth throughout the duration of the show. Show hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Thursday 18 July and Friday 19 July, and 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturday 20 July. The principal host at the Wholegrain booth will be Duane Wise, company founder and president.
The Wholegrain exhibit will feature the new version 1.4 of the DynPEQ plugins, available for both Pro Tools and Audio Unit (v2) workstations. Duane Wise will be demonstrating features, operations, and applications of Quartet DynPEQ, the 4-band version for mastering applications, and Trio DynPEQ, the 3-band version for input processing.
The exhibit should include a MacBook Pro connected to an Apogee Duet. The Duet's line outs feed headphone amplifiers. Four ATH-M50x headphones will be connected to one amp and available for monitoring the demos. There should be an extra headphone amp available for those who bring their own monitors. The Duet's line in receives a headset microphone from the demo presenter. The MacBook Pro will run DynPEQ demos on Pro Tools. The full exhibit adds an additional computer monitor, keyboard, and mouse, so that visitors can participate in the demonstrations to learn more about DynPEQ.
