Loom II

Ok, here is the deal. This synth is blowing my mind! Finally I found a synth that reproduces the sounds in my head, (I might have a very strange head). Anyway Loom II is amazingly deep, while getting up and running is simple. They have given us a whole lot of presets, the better to play with, while allowing us to learn all the possibilities. This is not the easiest synth to make a patch form scratch, yet the presets make being creative a breeze. If you like moving pads, or morphing rhythms, this is for you.

I spent 3 hours, just walking through the presets, observing, and learning what makes this synth tick. I could spend another 8 hours doing the same. Did I say this is deep? Please put this in your arsenal of sound creation. You will be happy. From big moving pads, to small complex harmonic hits, this has it all. Like overtones? This is the baby. Like to tweek exactly how a sound moves. This synth makes it easy. This has replaced all my other soft synths as my goto starting point.
