Endless WAV is a free software to create sustain loops in WAV files (8, 16 and 24-bit) with loop mix, automatic loop, realtime crossfade, fade and cut functions. Simply mark the loop area in the waveform with the two pressed buttons CMD+SHIFT or CTRL+SHIFT.
This program is designed to work with many individual samples in extensive multi sampling sessions. Therefore, most of the functions can also be reached with key combinations.
The program can also be of assistance in organizing the samples for import into a sampler. For example, you can rename a complete folder with WAV files and have the root key entered in the file name and header using different patterns.
Endless WAV is available as an application for macOS (OS X from Yosemite 10.10 up to Big Sur Intel/ARM) and as a Windows version.
There is a sampling tutorial for this program on Youtube. Here at KVR you can find the tutorials in the video section. The individual videos are in German, but the subtitles are all also available in English. They should be translated automatically by Youtube in different languages.

This is really very good and useful tool for seamless sample looping. It can compete with Wavelab and Soundforge in this field. It has all the tools needed for that task, which is of such a nature that sometimes can be very tedious and challenging. Offering such a tool for free is very generous.

Looks like it was made for windows 3.1.
Yet some features are mac only?
No dark mode?
Zynaptiq Loop editor is a good alternative.

For me personally Endless WAV is an essential tool for the creation of soundfonts or other kind of sample libraries. Even in the present when data storage for samples doesn't have to be a problem anymore, looping remains still a big deal when it comes to sampling. For seamless and nice sounding loops crossfading is often needed. And for this Endless WAV is my favourite application. When I tried it out for the first time it wasn't very clear to me how to work with it, though that counts for the majority of any software. An english manual is present in the latest version in which it is explained very clear how to work with Endless WAV. I am very grateful such a handy tool is available as a free download.
