Thanks aliengoddog - for reminding me of that one!
It's very useful, I've used it a lots over the years.
The free Version is still available via http://benvesco.com/store/product/freehaas-free-delay-plugin/
There's a direct Link.
But it's worth more than 5$ I guess, so I bought it. You receive also a 64-bit Beta-Version then.
