Nice interface however doesn't work. It recognized the key code but still no sound and no indication MIDI is getting through. Using VSTHost 64-bit version in Windows 7 Pro. All my other plugins are working.

UPDATE.

Found that the channel needed to be set to 10 in order to get sound out using any of my input devices. Worked great for a while then shut down again. This time I can see the keys being pressed in the on-screen keyboard but no sound output. Rebooted VSTHost a dozen different times, rebooted machine then started host again but it's dead in the water. A shame it's so problematic, the on-screen arrangement is fantastic and this plugin can produce awesome tones.

Unfortunately, this plugin does not accept the keycode. When the key code is entered, and [enter] is pressed, it reverts to displaying "Enter keycode here". No sound is produced. I'm using Cakewalk.
