AnSpec is an analog-style third-octave spectrum analyzer plug-in for professional music production applications. AnSpec was designed to be a handy visual feedback tool for those who like smoothness and easiness of use of analog analyzers. AnSpec also provides peak level indication.

While there are no adjustable parameters available in this plug-in, the user can still change level meter ballistics and resize plug-in's window.

Could you add an option for steeper filters? Currently signals spread out to neighboring bands too much and the resolution is not so good compared to SPAN. There would of course be more ringing, but it would come as smoothing of the falloff speed that we want anyway. But there is a competing analyzer Spectrilissime that is more lively, but not as easy to use from DAW. You can clearly see bass harmonics and vocals, and a kick sweeping like a wave. I believe that RTA is much better choice than FFT for logarithmic scale.

I would also like the window size to snap to where all bands have an equal width.
