I think the descibcion here is rather poor. What this does is, it loads your vsts on a second PC, so your Main PC is freed from the work and can run much easier and therefore more stable. You copy-install the vsts on your slave PC. Then you have a new folder in your DAW with the outsouced vsts, which you can use as if they were run from your main PC.
Not mentioned here : this is now freeware. So I installed it and well. I doesn't work with all plugins. But those who do work, work fine. It takes some time to get used to it. After that you can go crazy.. Load all the CPU guzzler you want (depending of your slave PC of course). You just want to ignore your electricity bill.
