Homestead Piano captures a cherished family heirloom of Fracture Sounds Founder Will Bedford. This vintage upright piano accompanied Will on his journey into the world of music, and now, taking his years of experience sampling some of the most sought-after pianos on the sample library market, he has created a very unique and special addition to our piano range.

Designed as a starting point for both composers and songwriters, this inspiring piano has been captured in meticulous detail with a captivating selection of tools and bespoke atmosphere layers to adjust the sound to your preference. Whether you're composing a heartfelt ballad or an evocative film score, this instrument offers the nuanced expressiveness to add intimacy and that warm feeling of home into your music.

Recorded in a dry and intimate space, every detail has been meticulously captured. A set of stereo pencil mics above the soundboard and a spaced pair at the player's position provide exceptional realism, making it easy to blend with other sample libraries using the built-in reverb options or external plugins.

Similar to the softer Woodchester Piano, every aspect of Homestead Piano has been captured, including pedal noise, hammers, and even the performer's movements, enhancing the humanity behind the samples.
