the controls are very straight forward and its very stable. however, since it is such an odd ball synth...tonally, you may not get what you expect...and thats the fun part. :-)
if the idea of experimental sounds moving in rhythms appeals to you at all then download this sucker now. you wont regret it.
btw, the low marks on the docs are only because there are none...do not hold this against the synth.Read Review
