ToneDeluxe Version 2

Great update for this underrated Amp sim. The issues that the original ver.1 had seem to be finally fixed and made stable. This amp sim has a nice warm sound for rock and be pushed into metal territory with the help of any kind of tube screamer style plugin in front of it.

At first, I couldn't get it running due because "VCRUNTIME140_1.DLL" couldn't be found on my computer. That was solved when I found out and installed VC_redist.exe (2015-2019 version). Just pointing that out in case anyone else runs into that problem.
