Venomode releases Maximal 3

Venomode have announced the release of Maximal 3, a loudness maximiser plugin for Windows, MacOS, and Ubuntu computers, in VST, VST3, AAX and AU formats.

Maximal 3 has been rewritten from the ground up to offer enhanced controls and a cleaner sound compared to the previous version.

New in version 3:

• Four completely new limiter algorithms, with dedicated attack, release, and lookahead settings.
• All-new variable shape soft-clipper for saturation and peak trimming.
• Extensive loudness metering compliant with EBU R128, ITU-R BS.1770-4, and other broadcasting standards.
• Overhauled UI using scaleable vector graphics.
• Optional waveform and reduction graph.
