Bjt2 updates free "Crescendo" Programmable VST Plugin to v1.0.133 for Windows

Bjt2 has updated the free Crescendo plugin to version 1.0.133 with various enhancements and bug fixes.

Changes in 1.0.133 from 1.0.132:

• Resolved bug on forced release for sustain >0.

• Implemented SUPERSAW, SUPERSAW0 and SUPERSAW1.
