Cognitone updates Synfire to v2.6.0

Cognitone has updated Synfire, its music prototyping studio, to version 2.6.0.

Feature Enhancements:

• Audio Engine 5.2.0.
• New 'symboly' type 'Intervals' for more consistent string parts, chorales, counterpoint and other ornamented chords.
• New polytonality macros.
• Configurable keyboard shortcut for the Output parameter.

Resolved Bugs:

• Arrow key transpose of CC data should not quantize vertically.
• Voice leading strategy was not properly inherited to child containers.
• Rendering: Fixed issues with chord inversion and voicing.
• Interpretation: Clip notes outside total pitch range by default.
• Double-click on ruler in child container started transport with an offset.
• Fixed several minor issues with polytonality layers.
• Fixed several crashes with graphics.

Other Changes:

• Harmony: Improved continuity of inversion and voicing.
• Interpretation: Optimized several presets.
• Portamento controller should control portamento time.
• Always show all tabs on the library sidebar (also on Library page).
• Fixed unresponsiveness to keyboard shortcuts when a list has input focus.
