Does anyone know of any program that will convert full Kontakt .nkb soundbanks into other formats such as SF2, Sampletank, Akai S5000/S6000, SFZ, etc.?

VSampler 3 can import Kontakt banks and export SF2, but note that if you're talking about encrypted Kontakt-format sample sets like GPO, EWQLSO, et. al., there is no tool outside of NI's internal development shop that will let you read and export the samples.
