ok .. here is a teaser for the forthcoming HGFortune Synth:
Laserblade
This is another stunning synthesizer by H.G. Fortune. Basically scheduled as successor to Swamp this one has turned out to be a real 'beast' in terms of sound. Although also being capable of a softer flavour, due to some very special features this one will provide brilliant, cutting leads, strange FXs and a lot more sounds. One LFO incorporates 42 (patternlike) waveforms ... Stay tuned ... more info soon.

well it's Vera's masterpiece of GUI up to now! A good friend of mine nearly fell of his chair when he saw it.vurt wrote:ooh posh gif
looks sweet as always
btw. I forgot to mention: around 170 waves inside (none of ProtoPlasm or STS-21) it is a completely new sampleset.

Swamp successor, eh?
Count me in.
Although I have to admit I prefer the drab GUI of the original..

well, I could play 8 voices at less than 20% on my not really optimized system with PIV at 2.53GHz.bambooman wrote:laserblade-aka-"cpu-killer"
So this is a really economic Laserblade

ohh.. i thought it would "eat even more"
..i thought of 70% ?!.. since it is a "blade"
i think,
the best idea would be,
since you are into "big, big, synths"
you should create one XXXL-stand-alone beast
with a sequencer,
and then we can use it as a "virtual workstation"
..with no need for anything else, anymore.
..again, mind-blowing work coming up.

Well, experience has unveiled that the more specialized synths are a lot easier to be handled in terms of getting useful results. Concentration on the focal point. That's it.bambooman wrote:ohh.. i thought it would "eat even more"

Fortune,
As a purchaser of xwof2 pro, I have to ask, will you ever have a synth bundle deal where you can purchase several of your synths for a reduced price?
[EDIT] - I just looked at your website and noticed the bundles - will there be a bundle that comprises all of your synths (not xwof 1 or 2)? I am quite interested in buying them all.

there are bundles available already. If the combination you want is not listed, please ask for it.Karmacomposer wrote:Fortune,
