Originally this is a freewaredrum kick machine made by adern for the creamware scope platform (now sonic core ), the developer made it available as a vst plugin , like he said , only the gui is made with synthmaker , all the rest are custom algos

Like a lot of people have said....use what you have, but look up the technique for making it. Back in the day (the mid-90s ish), the kick used for hardcore rave was a 909 kick with distortion (sometimes applied by using a guitar pedal). Nowadays, thats pretty easy to make in your DAW.
If you're willing enough to spend the $20 or so USD for it, Computer Music magazine comes with an analog drum program on its DVD (along with tons of other useful VSTs) that is really well done.
