Didn't have to be logged in.

I just searched for Computer Music Dubstep i Zinio, the issue is listed at $0, added that to my basket, checked out by login in, and et voila, got a mail from CM that the my CM Special April 2012 is here

That link worked for me, was logged in though.

These CM plugins are great, they throw so much good stuff at you nowdays its realy nice for people that are just starting out with making music.
