Hi

congrats on the release. I just tried importing my Unquiet Night bank and there are problems, first all the settings for Author and Type etc are set to init, it only shows the bank name, and second there are over 90 patches in this bank but I can only see 20 or so.

Also it's not retaining mid assignments between sessions and I can't seem to get it to accept manual (typed) midi assignments, only learn seems to work

Yes, we plan to update the LE version in the not so far future. Meanwhile there's still the current LE version, wich is -imho- a steal ( approx 30 € ) for what remains a true Pin Matrix analog modular synthesizer.

The Xils 3 V 2.0 upgrade is FREE for ALL XIls 3 users

Just DL the installer and run it. ( its not in your coupon codes, no need to even login to your account, its the regular installer found in this page

However : the upgrade for the forthcoming XILS 4 synthesizer wont be free. If you have purchased your Xils 3 before 2014, you will benefit from a Grace Period, allowing you to upgrade to the Xils 4 for only 29€ ( A real steal imho )

A small hint for the matrixes : You can now ZOOM in the matrixes ( just wheel your mouse when mousing over any of the 5 Pin Matrixes )

It's OK the bank problem is fixed by re-exporting it in the latest version of XILS3 then deleting and reimporting it into XILS3.2

It's in this thread for anyone who wants it - I might still need to tweak it a bit further in the new version

Good. Quickest fix on the year

. Midi learn : There is probably something wrong about writing the independant file that handles it, or retrieving this file after it has been created. This should not be hard to fix.

There are some very interesting patches in your soundset. I dont know if you saw it, but I created some new categories in the Xils 3 V2.0 Factory lib : Engines/Abstract and Soundscapes. I think many of your patches would fit very well in the first one.

Just found time to isntall the new 2.0 update for XILS 3.
Have not tested it much but at a first look it looks nice.

Having the oscillators at the left part of the GUI seems to be more logical iand is like on several other synths.
