every time I try to download an update I get problems with the website

I clicked on the link in the original post, which showed me the updates available

I click on the one I want, it asks me for serial and email address

I put them in and it says they're not recognised even though I pasted it directly from my purchase email, and tried typing it in too

then when I go back to the updates page, it says no new updates are available

I managed to get it to work for the last update but I have to go through this every time

BTW I'm using chrome and firefox.

I remember that the prior version of Synthmaster loaded in about 2 seconds (for the first instance). How come the much worse startup time since the lastest update? What is causing this?

Do you have any expansions installed ? or have too many user waveforms ?

I have only two expansian packs and no additional user waveforms. 9 seconds for 2 expansian packs still seems far too long, that would mean I would have to wait half a minute if I had 6 expansian packs?

I didn't mean it's due to that. I will investigate this.

Waveforms aren't being scanned in my synthmaster documents folder, I'm using windows 8.1...could you tell me how can I get them to scan since the fix list states it as fixed?
