There are so many great plugins available for both PCs and Macs, here's a short list that will cover a lot of ground (in no certain order) Saurus, Synthmaster, impOSCar2, Zebra, Alchemy, Minimonsta, and Dune2.

maybe you did a weird search, i haven't had any problems finding plugs for mac since 2007. at this point it seems like everything is available on mac, with the exception of some weird one off stuff. what plugs are you looking for, maybe us foolish mac guys can throw out some suggestions.

Yeah, pretty much the only plugins I have run into not available on Mac is Image-Line stuff, and they have native OSX versions in alpha atm so we will eventually get them.

I only buy cross platform plugins as I use Windows on my beefy production desktop and OSX on my production laptop.
