Still doesn't work.

Something interesting. I had deleted everything except the keyfile off of my PC, which I stored in a separate location in order to put back in the VastVaporizer folder.

When I installed it, at the end of the installation I got a message asking me if I wanted to overwrite the old VST3 file with the new one. I said yes.

But this should have never happened. The old VST3 file was deleted along with everything else.

So obviously one of two things is happening.

1) The old VST3 file is somewhere else that I'm not aware of and the overwrite process isn't working...

or

2) The fix just didn't fix it.

I'm going to do a drive search to find every instance of this file to see what's going on because this thing is driving me crazy.

I scanned my whole drive. I deleted all the old VAST files and folders including all dlls. I redownloaded the file and reinstalled. I did not get the overwrite message this time. However, the mod wheel still doesn't work.

Giving up.

Discovered the problem Readers Digest Version. If you're running Cubase 7, there is a chance that the VST3 file will not work properly. You will need to delete it and run off the regular 64 bit VST dll file. It should come up under your plugin list as VastVaporizer64 instead of just VastVaporizer.

Once I deleted the VST3 file, the mod wheel appears to be working now.

I'll test out everything else when I get the chance.

like ragnarok, i really like the built in EQ that lets me dial
in the exact tone.

I really dig this synth and with the last update and all that crazy osc & filter routing options this one comes with a shitload of opportunities.

Would it be possible to add the VCF & VCA envelopes as a mod source to the modmatrix as well? Very cool for ducking stuff when routed to the dry/wet,

indeed there are a number of synths that could use a graphical overhaul, and limeflavor really delivers top-notch interfaces

his design of sonic academys kick is definitely better than the original one could have ever been!
