Just don't feed your synths notes anymore and they will get thinner by themselves.

From what I've read over the past months, U-he Hive is what you're looking for. Whether you're looking for sounds as thin as paper, onion skin, sheer pantyhose, ice, razor blades, etc.. it's all there. You'd be hard-pressed to find anything that does this better.

Pretty much everything by Arturia, I actually quite like the Jupiter emulation for thin sounds with resonance in the middle and not too much filter modulation, the latter of which causes it to bark like a dog. It generally still needs some highpass to get rid of the muddy bottom end.

Air Loom is also good for thin sounds.

You should ask the dev of 'One Ping Only' to make a 'One Thin Slice' synth.
