What do you mean by a user patch library?

There are the patches that come internal with Softube Modular and then there are some 3rd party libraries available. I have one of my own that I made.

Since he referred to the Reaktor User Library, he means a central repository for sharing patches.

Ah, okay. Like the Reaktor user library. Got it. No, nothing like that exists for Softube yet.
