GForce Minimonsta - Virtual Vintage Analog Synthesizer

It says every component was faithfully modeled! Does that mean every resistor/transistor/capacitor/chip? I thought thats was what TAE by Arturai did but it didnt.

Yes. metapatches in this one aren't really minor changes though, they actually are useful different flavors, or entirely different sounds along the same theme sometimes.
