I agree with others here....
somehow never associated the
word "owned" with free VSTs.

Anyway...I have 121 dlls in my
"Free VST" folder.....

I must get in there and clean out the 80% I never use..

About 20-25 right now, but it's time to start thinng that down. Probably have about 12 in there that I haven't used more than once.

The title was a play on a thread knocking about at the minute called How many pay VSTi's do you own... or something like that. As I don't use commercial VSTs I thought I'd start one for free ones.

I didn't look to see what were demos, so I'll make a rough estimate.

I have around 140 in my instrument folder. There are more in special folders, noise, (spare) organs, and vox (those don't get a lot of use).

I have around 150 in my FX folder.

I'm selective about what I have. I'm missing some popular freeware because it doesn't suit my style.

How many free VSTs do you own?
