I hate to bring Synth1 in to every godamned thread, but I absolutely love the Theremin sounds you can get in Synth1, and one of these HAS made it into at least one of my songs, "Big Boots", although I'm playing it more like a female voice in that song, but then that was the point of the original Theremin anyway.

Unfortunately historically inaccurate though. :(
And Synth1 beats any of the previously mentioned plugs I can find samples of, including Spook Keys!
