Hi I am wondering what effects i can use to make my pads and synths sound more organic and characteristic?
Also i am struggling to keep my pads and stuff under control. I suppose in addition i am asking how I can keep my pads and synths clean and manageable?

Organic = natural I assume. Then it's all about panorama - spread, panning, reverb, mid-side EQ. It takes a moment to get there, but it's definitelly the way to go.

Subtractive eq and corrective filtering gets me to that.
