No it's not a crash. It's some kind of sample with a big clap/snare. It comes in before the beat starts.

You just answered your own question!!

Get a sample similar, add a clap or a snare and put a looooooot of long reverb. The trick here is the long reverb, not the sample itself!!

Its a Fill-in from the Mutteki Ultimate beat vol.1 or 2, under the Fill-in folder
