Hi,

Anyone can share techniques to manipulate vocal samples to sound exhale like?
Any plugins that can be helpful for that task?

I'd try to find a good Exhale sample and modulate your vocal sample with the exhale sound.
Or is that not what you mean?

My unscientific analysis - exhale would have added (filtered) noise to simulate breath. Exhale through nostrils would be thinner sounding than mouth exhalation. Talking/singing on exhale sounds fuller than inhale because voice resonates fully through chest cavity.
