Whats your most preferred feature for aftertouch?

On a lead/bass sound, having it connected to cutoff, bend/vibrato or something else?

Small pitch bends/natural vibrato

Thanks.
With small, what do you prefer... quarter note, half note or more?

I hardly ever use aftertouch, but, when i use it, it's usually mapped to filter cutoff.

Thanks.
If a lowpass filter, do you want it to cut or rise when pressing?

Usually to rise, typically to have control over the cutoff, after the envelope has worked on it.

@chk071: Excellent. Thanks for the input.

Cool, thanks.
Same question here... would you like the timbre to go brighter or darker?

1/2 note is fine - just enough to allow for bends and proper vibrato

Personally I prefer AT for pitch type changes than things that affect the timbre which I prefer to have more complex control over (MW for simple things, macros etc ideally though as I can then map those to morph using Kore or my iPad)

Cutoff. Brighter.

Sometimes for bend/vibrato, but I prefer to program that in myself on top of any modulation as it depends very heavily on the patch and when I'm using it.

Post

Yeah but programmed vibrato as a modulation effect just doesn't give you the same amount of expressive control as natural vibrato created using ones fingers
