Well they didn't ruin Midas, did they? I mean: did they? I can't compare before/after...

Bashing B is getting really old. Yes, they've made a lot of crap gear. Yes, some of their stuff is rock solid. Yes, their gear used to be hit or miss, not quite the case lately. And yes, they have the means to produce cheaper "copies" of known hardware products. But not all folks can spend a fortune gearing their bedroom studio up and obviously more than enough people are actually buying their stuff (me included) since they can afford buying big dogs like TC. I used to be weary of their products, but reality is, ftm there's no cheaper alternative for the ppl on a very tight budget. So there will always be a generous niche for B.

All that aside, I liked TC Electronic's stuff for bass guitar, but way too pricey. Maybe now they'll come up with some interesting new units on a more down to Earth price tag ;)

And, being in my nit picking mode, the name of the company is TC Electronic. Without a trailing 's'.

yeah, my bad on electronics. I am not a fan of the proliferation of "name" acquisition.

ADA8200 is pretty damn nice for the price, with Midas-designed pre's.
