Why do some people enjoy staring at a computer screen for hours on end?

Is this a serious question? Price is definitely the biggest issue here. If I could substitute software compressors for hardware compressors, and just drag n drop them from my favorite Vintage retailers onto my desk I would be a much happier man then i am today.

Yeah but you've turned the question upside down. The OP can't fathom why anyone would want to use "hardware plugins" when they've got exactly the same thing in software.trusampler wrote:Is this a serious question?
