How to control a TC M300 via MIDI?

Hi,

is there anyone who can control a TC M300 via MIDI? I read the (IMHO incorrect) manual, have a good understanding of MIDI (and SysEx), but I still can't change effects using MIDI controllers. Sending any of the commands given in the manual somehow activates the preset function on the M300 and some number on the display begins to blink. But I can not hear any changes in the effects.

Oddly, in the manual there is one remark on the SysEx-ID of the M300, but not a single more reference to SysEx in the manual. On the other hand, a dump of the M300 uses SysEx, not CC.

Has anyone of you ever worked this out and could provide me with either help, the SysEx implementation or with a valid controller sequence?
