Output MIDI mapping

Couple of questions.

1) In another thread it says there are MIDI maps for Addictive and EZDrummer - where are they please?

2) In the Drumset Editor in the 'Advanced drumset parameter' the help says you can use the MIDI keyboard to set up the MIDI key associated with the selected drum - I can deselect the current note and select a new one which is now coloured yellow, but what ever I do it is only the 'old' note that is output not the new one - so the drum sounding in BFD3 is still the wrong one. Basically I am trying to map the drums to BFD3 all within Reaper. The only way I have found of doing this is using the Output MIDI filter, so is this the only way to do this and is the 'help' therefore incorrect telling you you can do this from the 'Advanced drumset parameters'?

1) In the Output midi filter hit load (up the top).
2) I think the 'Advanced drumset parameter' associations are for input midi.
