MMultiAnalyzer Live Pre/Post Fader ?

Hi, any idea why even when a fader is off in live 9 Multianalyzer is still showing a reading ?

The fader should reduce the level going into the insert no ?

No, if the FX is inserted "pre-fader", then the audio passes through the FX and then to the fader. So adjusting the fader will not affect the audio going into the FX.
On the other hand, if the FX is inserted "post-fader" (is that possible in Live?), then the audio passes to the fader first and then through the FX. So dragging the fader down reduces the audio going into the FX.

Yeh got that now Duh...
Live is pre fader, need to use a utility before.
Another reason ableton need to get their finger out re: the mixer.
