I kind of use MStereoProcessor for this by muting / soloing the bands.
System: Win 10 64 bit / i9 9900K (8x 3.6 GHz) / 16 GB DDR4-3200 RAM / 1TB M.2 SSD + 2x 500 GB SSD / RME Babyface / Reaper

Yesterday I needed to stereo balance different frequency bands, tried using MStereoProcessor but that actually doesn't have balance controls for each band. So i made a six band StereoSpread in MXXX, which worked perfectly.
Anyway, you could create something like this in MXXX.

Well, making MMultiBandStereoSpread wouldn't be a problem , but the question is whether it would be useful actually . There could also be some phase shifting issues.

I was asking about a multi band stereo metering plugin.MeldaProduction wrote:Well, making MMultiBandStereoSpread wouldn't be a problem , but the question is whether it would be useful actually . There could also be some phase shifting issues.

I think the answer is a 1/3rd octave frequency analysis - and that is already available in MAnalyzer
But MultibandStereoMeter is definitely an interesting new name for this task...
