Sounds like the accompanying music track to an old silent movie or cartoon!
Exactly!
I hate percussion.I wouldn't have been able to resist adding some percussion tho...

On a serious note, great arrangement, but the sounds are too GM'ish me thinks.
I can certainly appreciate the effort that went into this.

I enjoyed the composition - though exhausting, it felt more like the charge of the Dwarves - the cord progressions helped keep it in check, I liked those. I too don't really like the instrument chosen, but in my mind I replaced it for other antique stringed ones that fit better for my taste.
Over all though - a great and fun track to listen to

IT so reminds me of Laurel and Hardy in Martch of the Wooden Soldiers. That or Harvest Moon for Super NES. I liked it overall. Maybe more music like this with acoustic instruments would sound nice.

Thanks for listening guys.
This is actually based on a Harpsichord Sonatina that I wrote a few years back, so that is probably where the 'this should be played on an old instrument' vibe comes from.
I just bought a GPO license, though. Should arrive by post today or Monday. Perhaps I can play with some other instrumental combinations (If I ever get the time, that is).
Thanks again for listening!

This is a stunning track!
What's going on today? First 'Zeoy'let me listen to a very special ambient-texture with sounds I've never heard before. Than 'Knockman's' monster and now this...
I'd like to listen to a harpsie-version, too.
Cool, just cool!

A "forced march" perhaps? I pictured the dwarves sort of hunched over, stomping along...Spe3D wrote:... it felt more like the charge of the Dwarves - )

Thanks all!runagate wrote:You know that you're great.
I just stopped in to add my admiration.
But you should know that no Meth was used, nor were any actual dwarves injured, in the making of this.
Rumors of the latter notwithstanding.
