Musically, the arrangement sounds fine. Obviously, the track is just a bluesy jam and doesn't really go anywhere... but that's okay.
You just need to get some better sounds. At the moment, it sounds like your using a really dated GM set up (unless it's deliberate and I've missed the point.)
Get yourself some free soundfonts - There are some nice basses, drums and pianos out there. Once you've got them, then you can start to worry about the production side of things.

Just listened to 'Down the Rabbit Hole..'
Again, beautiful arrangement but the quality of some of the sounds let you down. To be honest, it doesn't really matter. Too many people prioritise production over composition.
