guys really sorry but how do i upload my track for a good kicking?

they have to be 'hosted' at some site, eg., googlepages, box.net
you upload them to the site (googlepages: >link>your files)
- browse your hard drive and upload 'em
then you 'copy link location' and paste to your topic here;
the way you get the link to abbreviate to whatever you like is shown as a tool tip when you point your cursor to 'URL', up there between subject and message
ie:
[url=http://actual%20url]grab this[/url]

A simple way to do it is to use Yousendit.com. If you are not familiar with it, this is what it does. You upload a file up to 100MB. It will provide a link to your file. I think they will keep it up for 2 weeks. You can send it to yourself and post the link to the file here.

googlepages has no time limit. up to 100MB PER SITE - no of sites? just make another google acct, til cows come home
