Not sure where to post this request - but given the speed at which threads drop off the first page of the Cafe, could the
CONTEST ENTRANTS! Don't be all "Imma let you finish, but I have the best entry of all time."

sticky be removed? It seems it was created in response to an external contest that finished a year ago, is not relevant to how people behave on the Cafe contests, and is if anything rather insulting to the people who hang out here, who are normally a pretty polite and helpful bunch. :)

Working in a modern chain gang, hilarious lyrics, charming accent, great musical style. FunFunFun!

Earnest theme, nicely executed, I'm not sure if I would count this as work song

evo2slo - A Mother's Work
Agreeable music, maybe a bit on the tame side, mother will like it, for me not your best one.

Irion Da Ronin - Machinen
Industrial rhythms partly turned into typical Irion melancholy. You sure have a vision of your own. Good.

Kryptonaut - Shaman
Ethnic pop, let's see what rhymes on Shaman, sing-a-long never-ending chorus.

Laguna Rising - White Gloves
Nerve-wrecking 2-minute-look into a dirty job. This leads nowhere.

nikp2000 - Wage Slave
Works o.k. along with the picture in the submission thread. Dirty old capitalist!

offthewall - Raise Em Up Higher
Classic feeling on this one. There should be some more voices be involved for realism, Dobro could be more laid back in some phrases.
