f**k - I thought I'd got it.
ET - are you talking about the sax or the geetarrr being too loud?
Just so I know what I'm looking at.

OK, I've turned the sax down by a further 2 notches and the guitar down by another 1 notch, but actually I think you might have meant the AnaMarkII 'Twin Peaks style' lead, which I've turned down substantially.
Much better now - thanks for making me notice it.
I love this 'live' remixing malarky that can arise in this cafe!
Post a tune, get feedback and remix as you read.
I just it!

Meanwhile, back at the ranch...
I've finally got something I'm pretty happy with.
It's been an interesting journey of losing the mix, getting it back, losing it again - but now I think I've got it, by jingo!
Hope you agree.

Laguna Breeze lofi version 3.7mb @ 112kbps
Seriously, I think this sounds good now.

well...
it is a nice track
great choice of sounds
how did you get the guitar? life played or programmed?
but one little point for me, the hats are a little little too loud.
too upfront in the mix, at least at my monitors.
could maybe need a bit of stereo panning variation ???
Everything else is just to please me
btw.
time to meet again mike init?

Just for you, I've turned the hats down slightly in the mix. Check it again and it should be more to your taste.
I feel if I turn them down anymore though, they'll be lost in the mix - they're just about right here.
I'm not gonna put stereo panning on them though - the hats are slightly panned left and the snare is slightly panned right, hopefully like a real kit.
Only a couple more months.rsmus7 wrote:btw.
