...it took a long time for me to actually post our music on kvr mostly cause its supposed to be lofi in contrast to everything else here...all recorded in a room with pc drums guitars and keys everywhere for months...properly mastered at our own expence and still not released cause all the people that heard it normally listen to pop stuff. we are looking for a drummer so we cant do gigs...a bit complicated really..give us some comments...should we release it or bin it?

Hmmm...this is a tough call.
From listening to a few of these, two of which I really thought were very good.(money fast/vampire blues)
Without going on a about my oppinions...I believe finding a Travor Horn/Geoge Martin type producer is your best bet for feedback.
I hear alot of talent here...it just needs to be focused by a good producer.

Okay, I've only heard I've Been A Dog but . . . pretty good sound especially in the beginning of the song. I was really ready for the scratchy vinyl sound to go away but unfortunately after that happened and the song changed . . . it ended up not really sounding complete. It's kind of like you knew what you were doing for the first 2 minutes and you weren't sure where it should go. But that could just be me--maybe a few more listens would dissolve that impression. I like the minimalist psychedelic feel to this.

"I've Been A Dog" reminds me of Ween - not that you guys sound like copycats though, not at all. Great fun! Lovely guitars and drones. The outro is rather dissapointing to me, but I'm an outro fetishist anyway.
Thanks for sharing, I'm DLing the whole bunch

Liked Money Fast. Has that sort of surf mood, but with a melancholy edge.

it was recorded on a yamaha 01x with cubase then remixed in Sony Acid then back to cubase. Acoustic guitars and joemeek jm478 which was also used for some of the vocals along with an sm58. Fender jazzmaster through pod bass thgough bass pod. Synths with a crumar stratus. The most important tho is that it was mastered at a proper all analog suite at trensfermation mastering in london. This one does sound a bit like radiohead a few people told me that. i think the others not so much...but then again i wouldnt be able to say after millions of times i lestened to them...thanx
