Will the background noise of free Echo, when everything is paused in the sequencer, be registered when I play?
So have I not to push it too much?
Thanks for your time, I am going to buy VVV.

Yes, it is recorded. How to deal with it, in your opinion?
Automation on/off the echo or set the echo's mix knob so that there is no background noise?
Thank you.

My recommendations are to automate either the Mix knob or the Feedback control. The noise is mainly in the feedback signal, in order to produce the proper self oscillation behavior (the noise "kicks off" the oscillation, and also interacts with the feedback signal to provide a more analog texture).

In this way I was able to obtain some very space-echoish effects.valhallasound wrote:My recommendations are to automate either the Mix knob or the Feedback control. Hope this will encourage Sean in keepin' up his work on delay, rather than feel satisfied.
