this is an idea you might be into, i could use it for sure.
it just basically introduces a lag time control to smooth out and slow down midi cc's
the soma one is SE and doesnt work for me in reaper, and you could do a much better version.

ok i was an idiot, this feature exists already in piz's midiconverter3
