Software for formatting system hard drive? (solved)

Are there any less expensive or freeware programs that I can burn to dvd to use to completely wipe/format clean my pc hard drive?

Thanks for any help.

edit: I just found out that I can use the win10 installation tool to format before installing.
So solution found.
