Hi, I bought some Products-
GD-6 Acoustic Guitar, Kawai EX PRO, TelematicV2
And I used them on my computer's studio that named- STUDIO-PC
Now I have installed a new WIN7 computer's name changed to PCPOWER-666,
And I can not run the products, and they can not do authorize,
I can't transfer the authorizations to this computer because the name of the computer changed.
Can you help me to run it on this computer please ?? I do not have another computer. it's the same computer with another name.
Thanks..
Daniel

I think you should contact iLok to resolve the issue. You should have removed the computers authorisations before you did a fresh system upgrade. Your mistake, not knowing this important point will take some time to fix. But it will work out in the end, so don't worry too much!
waves break, but somehow it all makes sense.
