RC VST Loop?

The loop button from the standalone version of RC is apparently missing from RC VST. Is there a workaround for the VST's lack of a loop button? Are there plans to implement such an essential feature?

this is a good question. The loop button is missing form the VST plug-in because the VST host requests the RC plug-in to render a sample count range (it also sends the from/to times to the plug-in) and the plug-in must do that.
In theory it would be possible to 'project' the host sample count range to the loop in RC if carefully implemented, so yes, it could be done. I put this on the to-do list.
