When you open the phrases generator, then pick type, "probable", and then decide to edit.. Couldn't you just have "Apply changes" work immediately, rather than "Save As"
I'm not sure I would need them again. Also in a future version, it would be nice we one could move these into folders, so there is not a long huge list of phrases

You can apply the changes. Regenerate, and then Apply work exactly as you are saying. You don't have to save the Generator Preset, or the Phrase.
Yes, in the future, the Phrase Browser will be a bit more organized, when making Custom Phrases.
